    wow!! your stats are amazing!! I started at 344 on Oct 25 – i had a reallllly slow start. I’m a bit more consistent now over the summer, but I have a LONG way to go.. You are a real inspiration!!

    WOW!!!!
    just found your site today 5/4/10 you are amazing. I also had a chair episode so do understand. Just want to know if you have any extra skin that hangs, after losing 150 pounds? I have lost a lot but my belly is now on my thighs and I have bat wings{arms} is exercise the only answer? Am so worried that the weight will come back as it is so easy to just like to taste food [comfort} again. Really thank you for the recipies.
